Singing beautiful and challenging music from the twelfth century to the present
On Saturday 2nd July 2022, in celebration of Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee, Sine Nomine Singers present “A Merry Noise”. Accompanied by the Cosine Players and with Stephen Davies on Organ, the choir will sing music by Parry, Handel, Billy Joel, John Lennon, Vaughan Williams and many more!
On Easter Monday (18 April 2022) we sang Evensong at Rochester Cathedral. The service included Herbert Howells’ Collegium Regale, Wood’s O Thou the Central Orb and Parry’s My Soul there is a Country.
On 5 February 2022 we joined forces with the Cosine Players and guest soloists Sara Pay and Panaretos Kyriatzidis. Not one of our pieces was sung in English and composers ranged from Mozart, Padilla and Buxtehude to Davies and Hindemtih.
